MRI demonstrates a posterior fossa mass centered on the 4th ventricle and extending out of the foramen of Luschka on the left. The mass is heterogeneously high signal on T2 and has moderate contrast enhancement.
Case Discussion
Features consistent with an ependymoma, which was confirmed at resection.
