Well-defined non-enhancing extra axial mass
lesion in left cerebello-pontine angle cistern, left perimesencephalic cistern,
left ambient cistern and reaching upto the posterior aspect of suprasellar
cistern.
The lesion is hyperintense on T2W images, which
is hypointense on T1W images and reveals restricted diffusion on DW images. It
is hyperintense to CSF on FLAIR images.
