Case Discussion:

Large right parito-temporal epidural hematoma associated with right parital bone fracture. Diastases of the right occipitomastoid suture with opacification of the right mastoid air cells and right sphenoid sinus features consist with base of skull fracture. Right external auditory canal bleed is also seen. Large right parital subglial swelling/ hematoma is also noted.
