A 3.6 x 3.2 x 1.8 cm oval flattened well defined homogenously enhancing SOL is seen anterior to the left renal vein.
Case Discussion
Features are consistent with extra-adrenal pheochromocytoma.
The patient had elevated VMA levels and a positive MIBG scan which confirmed the diagnosis.
