Age changed from 60 to 60 years.
Presentation was changed:
Abdominal pain, vomiting. Empty colostomy. History of total abdominal hysterectomy and Hartmann's. ?Large? Large bowel obstruction.

Distension of large colon with transition at descending colon. A 4cm faecolith in the left mid abdomen is noted.
