Fusiform focal thickening of sternocleidomastoid muscle, maintaining the fibrillar structure.
Case Discussion
Fibromatosis colli is a rare form of infantile fibromatosis that occurs within the sternocleidomastoid muscle. It is a benign cause for a 'lump' in the neck in the newborn and infant. It is classically associated with a traumatic or assisted delivery.
