Wood splinter injury

Patient Data:

Age: 35 yrs
Gender: Male
Race: Indian/Pakistani
Modality: X-ray

No radio-opaque foreign bodies identified. 

Modality: Ultrasound

Wood splinter superficial to 3rd flexor tendon over metacarpo-phalangeal joint. Graguloma around FB is seen. No joint effusion. NO  tendon tear / tenosynovitis.
