Subchondral lucency with sclerosis and somewhat flattening of second metatarsal head seen consistent with Freiberg disease/infarction.

Freiberg disease is an osteochondrosis of metatarsal heads. It typically affects the 2nd metatarsal head. It can be bilateral in up to 10% of cases.
