Case Discussion:

Two views of the knee demonstrate a lucent lesion located excentrically within the distal lateral femur, abutting the articular surface.

Lesion is consistant with a giant cell tumour.

The images are from Dr. John Hunter's amazing MSK collection. Dr. John Hunter is a professor in the department of radiology (musculoskeletal section) at UC Davis School of Medicine.
