Radiograph Pelvis with bilateral hip joints showing an expansile lesion involving right superior pubic ramus and also extending in to right acetabulum. The lesion is causing significant bone thinning in superior pubic ramus.
Case Discussion
Giant cell tumor is seen in flat bones and pelvis being one of commonest site.
GCT are usually benign, but malignant transformation do occur in small number of cases.
Usually occurs after skeletal maturity and epiphyseal fusion.
