Radiographs show asymmetry of the skull with hemifacial microsomia and vertebral segmentation defects resulting in thoracic scoliosis.

There is aplasia of the right external and middle ear. Grossly hypoplastic pinna represented by skin tag.
There is no microphthalmia.
