A young girl presented with progressive lower limbs weakness.

Modality: MRI

Case Discussion:

Contrast–enhanced axial T1-weighted MR imaging shows mild thickening and  marked enhancement of the nerve roots in the conus medullaris and cauda equina, findings are highly suggestive of Guillain Barré syndrome giving the clinical presentation.
