A triangular shaped asymmetrical desnsity behind the left hipple.

The ultrasound of the same breast. The triangular hyopechoic mass is almost lobulated on the margins. The key point is it abuts the deep surface of the nipple. On both mammography and ultrasound, the density of glandular tissue abuts the deep surface of the nipple. The pyramidal shape on ultrasound is very typical, apex to the deep surface of the .

In contrast: this is a male breast cancer. There is a fat interface between the mass and the deep surface of the nipple. The mass is spiculated and poorly circumscribed. Any male breast mass away from the nipple is a red flag.
