Large soft tissue opacity at the medial aspect of the calf. A tiny focus of calcification is seen, likely phlebolith.

A well-defined subcutaneous lesion at the medial aspect of the calf, with heterogeneous texture. It shows avid internal vascularity (venous type) on compression and on foot dorsiflexion.
