Haemophilic arthropathy - knee
Presentation:
A known case of haemophilia with acute swelling of the left knee
Patient Data:
Periarticular osteoporosis and epiphyseal enlargement are seen at left knee radiograph with widened intercondylar notch. There is also evidence of joint effusion in favour of hemarthrosis.
Case Discussion:
The findings are consistent with haemophilic arthropathy of the left knee.
