Patient who arrived at the intensive care unit with a Glasgow Coma Score of. 3

Patient Data:

Gender: Male
Race: Hispanic/Latino

5 hrs after onset of symptoms

Modality: CT

The entire right MCA territory is infarcted with multiple foci of haemorrhage, presumably representing haemorrhagic transformation of an ischaemic stroke.
