Case Discussion:

Radiographs of the right ankle joint demonstrates a well-defined cortical based sclerotic lesion involving the distal diaphysis of the right tibai. No soft tissue component ,cortical break through or periosteal reaction is seen. This is nonaggressive lesion and likely to represent a healing non-ossifying fibroma.
