Hepatocellular carcinoma

Cirrhotic liver. A large focal lesion on right hepatic lobe is noted involving segments VII and VIII with arterial hyperenhancement and internal irregular neovascularity. Evident portovenous washout is seen.
Case Discussion
CT features are suggestive of malignant liver lesion, mostly a hepatocellular carcinoma. Differential diagnosis includes cholangiocarcinoma.
