Presentation

Dyspnea and abdominal distension.

Patient Data

Age: 50 years old
Gender: Male
ct

Cirrhotic liver with large left lobe focal lesion that displays enhancement in arterial phase followed by washout in subsequent phases. Large central breaking down is noted. Associated GB stones, ascites and right pleural effusion are noted.
