Recurrent shoulder dislocation (5-6 times previously).

Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Male
x-ray

A large bony defect is noted in axial view; involving posterior aspect of humeral head.

No dislocation is noted.

No lytic bony lesion is noted.
