Hilum overlay and loss of more black signs - colorectal carcinoma metastases

Three pulmonary opacities are visible:
- left mid zone
- right lower zone, projecting over the right hemidiaphragm
- overlying the right hilum - hilar vessels are visible (hilum overlay sign) indicating this is opacity is either in the anterior or posterior mediastinum

Lateral projection confirms:
- right hilar opacity seen on the PA projection is in the anterior mediastinum
- right lower zone opacity presents a loss of more black sign indicating its position in the posterior lung base

CT (not shown) confirmed these opacities as pulmonary masses, presumed to be colorectal metastases.
