Right renal colic

Patient Data

Age: 60 years
Gender: Male
ultrasound

The right renal pelvis is mildly dilated. There is a component of extrarenal pelvis, but on the longitudinal views, there is mild dilatation of the calyces. Small perinephric free fluid.
