Air under diaphragms noted. A well-defined round calcified mass projected over the left of L3-4 vertebral body.
Case Discussion
Ultrasound of the abdomen revealed hydro-pneumoperitoneum with a densely calcified mass in the retroperitoneum in the left paraspinal location.
These findings are confirmed on the Radiograph of the abdomen taken in the upright position.
Final diagnosis: Gastric ulcer perforation with neurogenic tumor
