Fracture right radius bone follow up

Case Discussion:

Radiographs demonstrates hypertrophy of bone ends and sclerosis, consistent with hypertrophic nonunion. These non unions theoretically have sufficient vascularity to heal but stability is lacking or normal axial alignment has not been restored.
