Cystic mass with associated thickening and inflammation adjacent to the abdominal wall and urinary bladder. Foley's catheter is seen in place.

Reactive bowel wall thickening and perivesical fat stranding are noted.

Bilateral hydroureteronephrosis.

Left adrenal fat-rich lesion, suggestive of adrenal adenoma / lipoma.

Large hyperdense fundal gallstone.

Differential diagnosis includes urachal remnant adenocarcinoma which is one of the complications of urachal remnant.
