Infrarenal abdominal aortic aneurysm. Occlusion IMA.
Case Discussion
The SMA and IMA are linked through the marginal artery of Drummond and may also be connected through the arc of Riolan.
The arc of Riolan is situated medial to the mesenteric border of the colon, where it courses radially through the midportion of the mesenteric arcade, near the inferior mesenteric vein.
