Inguinal and umbilical hernia. Right inguinal hernia passes anterior to inferior epigastric artery. Umbilical hernia through defect of 14 x 14 mm size.
Case Discussion
Right inguinal hernia passes anterior to inferior epigastric vessels favoring indirect type. Small bowel loops are present in sac. Defect size is 10 mm. Hernia was reducible on compression. No dilatation of proximal small bowel loops was seen.
Reducible umbilical hernia containing small bowel loop through defect measuring 14 mm.
