Patient scanned after due precautions.

Hyper-enhancing mass in the pancreatic tail. No pancreatic duct dilatation.

Another hyper-enhancing mass in the retroperitoneum-  posterior to the pancreatic tail and anterior to the upper pole of left kidney - likely extra-adrenal pheochromocytoma.
