There is a triangular lucency lateral to the right costophrenic angle representing lung protrusion beyond the confines of the thoracic cage. Appearances are in keeping with an intercostal lung hernia.
Case Discussion
Lung hernia can be acquired or congenital. In this case, the hernia was an incidental finding.
