There is a large round well defined CSF density cystic lesion in the right fronto parietal region and insular cortex. It exerts a mass effect in the form effacement of sulci, compression of basal ganglia, compression of right lateral ventricle and 3rd ventricle, displacement of the M2 and M3 segments of right MCA and midline shift. There is no surrounding edema or contrast enhancement.
