On linear high frequency probe, bowel within bowel loop is seen giving doughnut sign appearance.
Case Discussion
A 6 year old girl child presented with abdominal trauma and acute tenderness in right hypochondrium. On ultrasound abdomen with linear high frequency probe a bowel within bowel loop is seen giving doughnut appearance.Patient was diagnosed with Intussusception.
Multiple enlarged lymph nodes were also seen in para aortic region and in mesentery.
