NCCT Rt shoulder with multiplanar bony reformats.
Impacted subcoracoid anteroinferior dislocation right shoulder. Associated bony Bankart lesion displaced medially. Large Hill-Sachs lesion of the superolateral aspect of the humeral head.
Case Discussion
Irreducible subcoracoid anteroinferior shoulder dislocation, requiring orthopedic surgical team closed reduction in theater. CT performed to assess the degree of impaction and bony glenoid injury prior to attempted reduction.
