Multiple fractures, some of which are distracted, through both the anterior and posterior arches of C1; fracture lines extend within close proximity of the vertebral arteries. On the right fracture line extends to the superior articular facet with mild subluxation occurring in the right atlanto-occipital articulation. Mild (4 mm) rotatory subluxation of C1 on C2.
