CT reveals situs inversus with dextrocardia. There is also cystic bronchiectasis in middle and anterior zones of both lungs.
The findings compatible with Kartagener syndrome.

The classic triad of the Kartagener syndrome or immotile cilia syndrome consists situs inversus totalis, bronchiectasis, and chronic sinusitis. The case demonstrates typical features of Kartagener syndrome.
