Lacrimal gland tumour

Diffuse enlargement of the right lacrimal gland is noted measuring about 1.5x2cm along its maximum axial dimensions, causing mild proptosis of the right eye globe and smooth scalloping of the lateral orbital wall with no underlying osseous destruction or periosteal reaction, picture is suggestive of lacrimal gland benign neoplasm.
