Presented with abdominal discomfort and lump in hypogastric region.

The specimen consists of a huge mass with very firm consistency, creamy-white color in the cut surface in association with whorled pattern measuring 35x20x25cm.

Multiple standard H&E stained slides revealed a smooth muscle fibers proliferation in fascicular and whorled pattern.
No nuclear atypia, no coagulative tumor cell necrosis and no increased mitotic rate were found(100x). Benign smooth muscle proliferation with spindle-shaped nuclei.No pleomorphism was seen.(40x)
