Presentation

Recurrent abdominal pain for a week. No respiratory symptoms. Leukocytosis. Thought to be an urinary tract infection. X-Ray taken only for protocol.

Large area of consolidation in the left lower lobe with alveolar pattern. The x-ray does not reveal the severity of the case because it is predominantly retrocardiac.

Large retrocardiac consolidation with alveolar infiltration of the left basal lobe and small focus on the superior right lobe.
