Recurrent abdominal pain for a week. No respiratory symptoms. Leukocytosis. Thought to be an urinary tract infection. X-Ray taken only for protocol.

Large area of consolidation in the left lower lobe with alveolar pattern. The x-ray does not reveal the severity of the case because it is predominantly retrocardiac.
