Case Discussion:

There are 3 types of leiomyomas: subserosal, submucosal and intramural.

An intramural uterine leiomyoma is most common type of uterine leiomyoma in terms of location. Differential diagnosis: tubo-ovarian masses.

Some myomas may contian central cystic areas or calcifications .
