The right lens is opaque. Some of the right lens material is seen protruding anteriorly. The posterior chamber is normal. There is no retinal detachment or vitreous echoes or foreign body.

A patient presented with the history of blunt trauma to the right eye. Clinically there was the opaque lens. Ultrasound was requested to check the posterior chamber. Ultrasound shows lens disruption without abnormality in the posterior chamber.
