Claudication pain of both lower limbs, numbness and pallor

Patient Data

Age: 65 years
Gender: Female

Near total occlusion of the aorta distal to the origin of renal arteries with occlusion of the right iliac arteries and marked attenuation of the left one.

Case Discussion

The aorto-iliac occlusion is atherosclerotic occlusion usually distal to the renal arteries and may be acute or chronic.
