Lesser tuberosity avulsion

A bone density is noted overlying glenohumeral joint. A lucency is noted in the humerus consistent the donor site.

US - Defect at lesser tuberosity / subscapularis insertion site. Retracted bone flake could not be localized due to retraction under coracoid.
MR - done later to check retraction and subscapularis tendon ( Not uploaded, no copy right ).
