Neurosonogram performed in sagittal, coronal and axial planes revealed a dysgenetic corpus callosum with a lipoma. The rostrum, genu, body and splenium of the normal corpus callosum were not seen. The lateral ventricles were parallel. There was a well defined echogenic mass close to the midline. Rest of the brain was normal.
