Subtle neurological deficit in the feet

Gender: Male

Intradural fat density mass (HU -62).

Further define CT abnormality

Intradural lipoma intimately related to the conus tip and cauda equina with the cord terminating at ~ L2/3 = minor tethering.  No other features of spinal dysraphism.  Filum terminale not particularly thickened.
