Typical lipoma encasing the tibialis anterior tendon - it "disappears" on fat suppression. No sinister features.
Case Discussion
This is a benign lipomatous lesion as occurs in other parts of the body and not lipoma arborescens that usually occurs in joints but can arise in the synovium of the tendon sheath.
