Presentation

Patient with follicular lymphoma receiving chemotherapy. Newly discovered liver lesions on ultrasound.

Patient Data

Age: 80 years
Gender: Male

Innumerable small hypodense nodules of the liver, consistent with metastases.

6 mth earlier before Rx

Initially, there were massive splenomegaly and bulky axillary lymph nodes, but no liver involvement.
