RIF pain and palpable mass. Weight loss.

Age: 75
Gender: Female
Race: Caucasian
Large mass arising from the caecum extending out as a dumbbell into the anterior abdominal wall with features suggesting local perforation and development of an inflammatory collection (abscess).
