Gross atrophy of right lat. dorsi muscle (arrow). 

Surgival clip in right axilla following lymph node excision for treatment of breast malignancy.

CT scan performed 3 years prior to axillary clearance. Note normal and symmetrical latissimus dorsi muscle on the right
