Left upper lobe collapse with hilar mass, veil-like opacity over left upper zone and Luftsichel sign.
Case Discussion
The Luftsichel sign is due to hyperexpansion of superior segment of left lower lobe due to left upper lobe collapse, with insinuation of the expanded segment between aortic arch and collapsed upper lobe.
