Heart size normal. Right lung clear.

12cm left upper lobe mass encasing and compressing segmental branch of left apico-posterior bronchus and pulmonary artery, with invasion of visceral and parietal pleura,mediastinal fat. 3rd left rib destruction.
Two 4mm satellite nodules in left upper lobe.
Enlarged left para aortic/AP window nodes.No supraclavicular lymphadenopathy.
