Lymphoma of cervix

Case Discussion:

40 year old female with pelvic discomfort.

Initial Ultrasound revealed a large mass in the lower uterus.

MRI revealed a very well defined mass in the lower cervix, with intact endometrial lining.

Biopsy revealed cervical lymphoma.

Staging CT of the Neck, Thorax and abdomen did not reveal any abnormality.

Isolated cervical lymphomas are quite rare and can present with such rare imaging findings.
